In our country,with the rapid development of securities market,securities infringement cases are increasing.Compared with false statements,the legal mechanism about civil compensation of securities market manipulation is unsound,the litigation has so many obstacles,and this is also a relatively weak link for scholars,so this paper takes civil compensation of securities market manipulation in judicial practice as the research object,i hope to contribute my strength in solving the problem civil compensation.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the background of the topic,research status at home and abroad,the content and structure of the article,research methods,innovation and deficiencies of the article.The second part is the basic theory analysis of securities market manipulation.Including the concept,features,manipulative types of securities market manipulation and legal nature of civil compensation liability about securities market manipulation.In third part I will use the statistical data shown in related chart to introduce the present situation of civil compensation about China's securities market manipulation in the judicial practice.And then,we focused on the specific problems in judicial practice.Fourth part is about the proof burden,causality,litigation mode and compensation of civil compensation about securities market manipulation in the United States and Japan.Then make comparison between these two countries with our country,at last summarize the experience available to our country.The fifth part is the suggestion about the dilemma of civil compensation in current judicial system in our country.It is necessary to introduce group litigation and the methods about determining the amount of compensation from the United States and Japan.
