The Application Of Project Management In Engineering Construction In Love ZhuLao Information Platform

With the rapid development of economy and technology,conditions of living and medical have been significantly improved.From the end of the 20 th century,China began to enter the population aging society and has become the country that has most elderly population of the world in recent years for the fastest growing trend.The aging of the population leads to the increase of the old-age dependency coefficient,the intensification of the pressure on the family and the society,and brings many problems to the growth of country's economic and the sustainable development of the society.Therefore,we must vigorously develop the old service industry and build a harmonious old age to calmly cope issues by the population aging peak.In order to solve the problems of imperfect construction of information resources and the unbalance between the demand of the elderly and supply of service in local government,this paper takes the construction project of the old-age information platform construction in Qujing city of Yunnan province as the research topic.Firstly,we determine the principles and objectives of its construction and design the program of information platform construction,analysing informatization status and demand of the elderly in Qujing City.Secendly,we discuss the role that PM(project management)plan in the construction of love ZhuLao project in Qujing City.Furthmore,we design and manage the application of information platform where the elderly people can obtain assistance in time,from aspects of the scope planning,organizational structure research,network program Planning,project schedule management,project quality management and after-sales service.Finally,we apply the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to estimate the cost of project and adopt method of Economic Value Added(EVA)to evaluate the expected effect,which may be beneficial to enhance the target project construction rate.As we all know,the project construction of helping senior citizen is a complex system engineering,crossing multi-disciplinary knowledge.At present,China has not yet formed a systematic and mature theory for the old service.Therefore,it is significative to future development of the old service industry that adopting the method of project management to deeply study the idea of founding helping information platform for the elderly,based on the experience of the existing projects.
