Research On Safety Evaluation Of Freeway Traffic Accident Site

In the context of a large number of highway traffic accidents.In order to improve the safety level of traffic accident scene,our country has promulgated a series of norms and standards.But the secondary traffic accident emergency situation is serious in practice.Therefore,how to prevent and curb secondary accidents,improve the level of the scene of the accident security is one of the current problems to be solved.Under this background.Explore the factors affecting the safety of traffic accidents and evaluate the safety situation of highway traffic accidents scientifically has good theoretical value and practical significance.The research content of this article mainly around the following aspect:First of all,this paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,and determines the research content,method and technical route of the thesis.Secondly,studies the influencing factors,evaluation indexes and evaluation methods of safety accidents at home and abroad,especially on the safety of freeway traffic accidents,and reviews the relevant research methods and achievements at home and abroad.Next,based on freeway traffic accident site classification,divided the bidirectional six lane into warning area,confluence area,buffer zone,accident area,shunt area and the termination area of the 6 functional areas.Analyze the characteristics of each functional area and the safety factors of the accident site.Then,based on the road condition,the speed control scheme,the traffic composition,the traffic sign setting effect and the safety protection level of the freeway traffic accident scene,the safety evaluation index system was constructed and the recommended value of some quantitative indexes was determined.And then,based on the recommended value of safety evaluation index of freeway traffic accident,the single factor evaluation method was used to establish the safety evaluation list and the safety evaluation procedure.Finally,based on the example of traffic accident in Jingtai freeway,this paper uses the evaluation index system and evaluation method identified in this paper to diagnose the functional areas and the overall safety problems of the accident site,and put forward the targeted improvement measures.To sum up,based on the analysis comparison to the scene of the accident is divided into six functional area more reasonable,to analyze the factors affecting the traffic safety situation of each functional district more targeted,single factor evaluation method was used to construct the safety evaluation list and evaluation process more scientific and feasible.
