In the February of 2006,The State Council formally released No.1 document of2006--The CPC Central Committee and State Council On further construction of a new socialist countryside views.That means socialism new countryside construction is formally established in China.The main content contains “production development,wealthy life,rural civilization,clean and tidy village,democratic management”.Then,with the great achievements are achieved in different areas in the new countryside construction.In the new period,the society is confronted with “New Normal “and it's urgent for our country to build well-off society.But,the same time,our society exists some new problems of socialism new countryside construction,which requires us to extend our idea to solve.Socialism new countryside construction is combined agricultural with industry,rural with city to develop.It's an important solution to regulate the gap between urban and rural,and the fundamental way to develop rural economy and promote social development.Socialism new countryside construction is a complex and systematic project,it contains economy,politic,culture,society and ecological construction.Build new countryside,our country must insist the guide direction--overall planning country and town,and solve the practical problems of farmers to bring benefits for them.Constructing socialism new countryside is an significant point in our modern country,it is also the effective way to realize common prosperity.Besides,it is the requirement and meaningful of realizing “Two Centenary Goals ”.Although constructing new countryside has been 10 years and achieving some certain achievements,yet it exists some problems.This paper takes Leizhou yangjia town as an example to analyze the current situation of new countryside construction.The paper analyzes the difficulties and restricted factors of Leizhou yangjia town from capital,technical reasons,market factors,management level and human quality.Based on the confronted main problems,the paper suggests to strengthen publicity,update idea,reinforce input on new countryside construction,encourage society participation todevelop countryside enterprise.In additional,insisting scientific planning,transforming the rural economy development ways,improving the modern level of agriculture,reinforcing education input,enforcing the whole quality,cultivating new-type farmer,perfecting rural services,coordinating the development country and town.Finally,according to the national strategic development of urbanization,the paper explores the solutions and measures to overcome difficulties to all-around promote new countryside construction and narrow the gap between country and town.
