In recent years,with the rapid development of the modern information technology,new media brings great shocks to the country's politics,economy,culture and so on.Great changes have taken place in the original government image communication environment,bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges at the same time.Especially in the popularity of smartphones,tablets and other mobile terminal,the ways people access to information are more convenient.It makes people search for the timeliness of information when paying attention to information quality.Compared with television,communications,radio,publishing and other traditional media,new media has obvious advantages to change ways of receiving information.The whole media industry as well as the social various aspects are brought shock.As weibo,WeChat,such as the rise of new media,the government also tried to use these new media to release information.They have become a major government agencies to perform functions and services to the masses,the important way to promote the image of the government.In the development of the future,the government is bound to the new media in order to shape a good image.This paper expounds the basic concepts of the the government image and the new media as foothold,using the theory of "seamless".The three guide effective of customers,competition and the results analysis the government image creation combining site under the new media era.New media in the face of government image mold "double-edged sword" role,points out that in the new media era government image shaping process for image positioning is unknown,the guidance of public opinion,the crisis is not strong three big problems lead to crack.To make up for the gap,make seamless docking services,this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of government image creation from the perspective of making full use of the new media.
