In recent years,people become more and more aware of the server consequences of criminal misjudged case since many major criminal misjudged case have been found.Therefore,in order to prevent criminal misjudged case from taking place,further completing the criminal misjudgments accountability system has become a hot topic of the academia and practitioners.The aim of establish the criminal misjudgments accountability system is to strengthen the supervision of the Judicial Officers,to ensure the quality of the working quality of the case,to eliminate the Judicial Corruption and to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of litigant.However,the result of this system is not satisfied,for although it has been put into practice for a long time,less actual measures be taken.As a result,it is necessary to have further research and discussion of the related issues of the criminal misjudgments accountability.In this paper,the criminal misjudged accountability system theory concept,definition,formation and development of the status quo at home and abroad,there are issues such as the value of research on the basis of in-depth analysis of key operational status of the system from the angle of practice,points out the system in the implementation process problems,and put forward the necessity of further perfecting the criminal misjudged accountability system,and put forward the improvement measures from the aspects of regulating the system of legislation and legal environment to protect the implementation of system optimization.It is hoped that this study can be of the criminal misjudged accountability system to improve and perfect make sense,so as to promote the reform of the judicial system,the judicial justice and social justice.
