The Institution of Administrative Supervision is an important institution of our State.It plays an important role in safeguarding the implement of the major laws,regulations,and policies as well as promoting law-based administrations,integrity in administration and efficiency of administration for administrative organs and relevant personnel.As years of development and perfection,the Institution of Administrative Supervision has gained much in the construction of Integrity and against corruptness and it has already established a set of perfect system.However,during the processing of the administrative supervision,the expansion of Administration scope and duty,the extension of Administrative power and the global economical stimulation have brought severe test to us administrative organs and relevant personnel.Therefore,improving and perfecting the institution of administrative supervision and strengthening the supervision to the administrative actions of government and exercising the administrative power are apparently necessary.Analyzing the problems and deficiencies of the Administrative Supervision carefully,administrative organs should take effective measures and set up a more suitable system and that would make contribution to against corruption and promotion of the supervision power of administration.The thesis includes the following six parts:The preface of the thesis mainly introduces the aim,studying significance and problems to solve.Part ? sets forth the theoretical basis including the concept,feature and position of administrative Supervision.Part ? illustrates the content of the extraterritorial Administrative Supervision including the theoretical basis,main patterns and common features.Part ? analyzes the current situation and deficiency of the Administrative Supervision of our State including the advantages and shortcomings.Part ? proposes some countermeasures to the Administrative Supervision regarding the improvement and complement of the Institution of the Administration Supervision legislation.Second,reform the leadership system.Third,improve the Administrative Supervision system.Fourth,improve the quality of the Administrative Supervisory personnel.Fifth,strengthen the supervision and the protection of the Administrative Supervision department.Conclusion specially mentions the hardship of reforming and perfecting the Institution of the Administrative Supervision as well as how the Administrative Supervision system will go in the future road of development.
