School bullying is one of the hot social issues currently,communities of education,law and psychology all pay much attention to it.From current affairs of school bullying that happened frequently in our country,there are many serious problems in the coping mechanism of school bullying.The public appeal to solve it by the law.Compared with the traditional school violence,school bullying is worse than it in behavior and result.Legal prevention is not only the need of education correction and rights protection,but also stems from the deterrence and indispensability of laws.However,our school bullying has many problems,including the lagging legislation,weak security mechanism of school and the lack of relief channels.We must make strong laws to solve it completely.Establishing the legal system of school bullying need form linkage system,the subjects include the country,the society.the school and the family.The country and the school should play major roles,the society and the family assist them.They take legal prevention of school bullying from different progress.Prior prevention we need do is making the national law link up with the school system,such as making the law of school bullying,coping mechanisms and so on.Then,the intervention should be based on school and supplemented by the country,like building complete regulations on information publication and reports,setting up the coping department and procedure.Lastly,victims' right protection and remedy are very important,including investigating legal responsibility and improving laws.Through legislation and implementation mechanism,we can comprehensively protect rights of the parties and achieve the purpose of the law-ruled school.
