Research On The Perfection Of The Petition Letter Concerned Law Or Suit In China

Petition system as a kind of political participation,Appeal expression,dispute processing mechanism,the concept has experienced a long development course in our country.The system of complaint reporting under the leadership of the communist party of China is the basis of our current discussions.At different times in China’s social and historical development,the petition system has played a positive role in resolving social contradictions,collecting public opinions and maintaining social stability,at present and in the future period,there is still a strong sense of reality and social significance.The petition letter concerned law or suit originated from the petition system,it can be called a subset of the petition system.The judicial organs analyze and study the petition letter concerned law or suit and further improve it through rational thinking and reflection,is of positive significance to participate in social governance,dissolve social contradictions,and maintain a harmonious,rule by law,fair and just social environment.The author has been engaged in the petition letter concerned law or suit for many years,handled and experienced a large number of cases involving the petition letter concerned law or suit,gives some consideration to its emergence,disposal and destination.In this paper,through combing the concept and development process of the petition letter concerned law or suit,combined with the actual problems encountered in the work of the author,analyzes and reflects some difficulties and puts forward relevant solutions to the problem,achieves the purpose of making it more perfect finally.This paper is divided into four parts:Part 1:Comparison and analysis of relevant concepts of the petition letter concerned law or suit.Part 2:Review and sort out the practice evolution of the petition letter concerned law or suit.Part3:Analysis of the plight of the petition letter concerned law or suit and the reasons for it.Part4:Suggestions on improving the petition letter concerned law or suit.
