A Case Study Of L Village Old-age Security Problem For The Empty Elderly In Henan Province Shangqiu City

With the increasing population of the elderly,China has entered an aging society,China's old age pension pressure continues to increase.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,as well as the implementation of family planning,rural empty nest elderly continue to grow.The face of the increasingly large empty nest elderly groups,how to protect the empty nest elderly old age life,improve their living standards,so that they can "keep the old,old and old,happy" is very critical.Based on the theory of social security,this study uses the literature research method and the empirical research method to study the old-age situation of the empty nest elderly in L village of Shangqiu city,Henan province.The study found that:L village empty nest elderly poor economic conditions,income is relatively low,it is difficult to protect the basic life,spending a large part of the people in the human side;life care,the elderly most of the poor physical condition and chronic diseases,the majority His wife to take care of each other,the attitude of the old-age institutions is not very active;spiritual comfort,the elderly less recreational facilities,chatting cards become the main way,the child's spiritual care for their parents is not enough.The main causes of the problem are:poor rural economy,family planning policy,changes in the values of the younger generation and the imperfect of the rural social security system.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the government responsibility,perfect the social security system,perfect the rural community mutual aid mechanism and strengthen the family pension guarantee.
