It has been the goal of government reform to build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with.With the further development of China's "service-oriented government" and the promotion of the concept of "people-oriented" governance,the government pays more and more attention to providing satisfactory government administrative services from the perspective of the public.The problems that the public focuses on are usually the most representative of public opinion,so public satisfaction should be regarded as an important indicator of government work.As the carrier of administrative service provided by the government,the administrative service center is the most direct government service institution dealing with the people and the foundation of establishing a good government image.Based on the above macro background,this paper takes the public satisfaction of administrative service in Zhuanghe city of Liaoning province as a case study.First,the dimension and index design of the questionnaire were carried out by using the service quality model theory,and the reliability and validity tests were respectively carried out after the preliminary survey,and the final questionnaire was determined.Through the service quality model formula to calculate the Zhuanghe administrative service satisfaction with the actual and expected satisfaction with specific gap,the final importance-satisfaction analysis of questionnaire on the basis of analysis on advantages and disadvantages of various indexes according to the results of analyzing the existing problems and reasons.Through the analysis of Zhuanghe administrative services of the public satisfaction research conclusion: Zhuanghe of administrative service center service satisfaction overall score of-0.927,the public satisfaction with the actual service is less than the expected service satisfaction,service level is not high,namely the public satisfaction of Zhuanghe administrative service needs to be improved.Zhuanghe present problems of the administrative service center is mainly embodied in the low level of internal service facilities,service performance management is not in place,administrative service lack of third-party supervision and administrative staff and service consciousness.Finally aimed at these problems,raising the level of public satisfaction in Zhuanghe administrative service for the future is put forward the following Suggestions,mainly including: improve administrative service environment,improve the administrative staff performance management,introduction of evaluationand supervision mechanism,strengthening public administrative personnel service consciousness.
