The development of the market economy reform,resulting in enterprise development environment is getting more and more complex.Through performance appraisal and effective supervision and promotion of staff enthusiasm for work and achievements,has also become a institutions better and faster implementation institutions strategic development objectives of the effective path of one.The Harbin City,YX and institutions,for example by combination of field research and interviews,YX and institutions of the staff and organization structure present situation analysis,and through the questionnaire survey on YX institutions more than100 employees,understand the current YX business unit performance test nuclear management existing problems.Overall,due to the impact by the traditional concept,YX and institutions to such factors as the nature,YX and institutions of the performance appraisal management existence thought the performance appraisal management do not attach importance to,assessment content from YX and institutions of the actual situation,ignored workers daily collection and assessment methods lack of innovation.On the basis of,in order to improve the understanding of performance appraisal work,develop a reasonable performance appraisal work daily,pay attention to employee daily data collection of such as improved YX performance appraisal of institutions put forward several suggestions.Especially in the innovation of the mode of assessment work,combined with YX and institutions of the strategic development goals and characteristics,the performance appraisal,from the two aspects of performance indicators and performance index to YX institution staff performance appraisal,which makes the performance evaluation of the content more perfect,evaluation results are more objective,perfect performance appraisal management more operational.In this paper,the research on YX business unit performance appraisal management,not only for the improvement of YX business unit performance appraisal management system have very specific guidance,at the same time to improve performance management with the types of institutions in China also have certain reference significance.
