The Research Of Late-model Jailhouse Bully

China is a socialist country under the people's democratic dictatorship.As an important part of government agency,jailhouse is one of the most important instrument of people's democratic dictatorship.With the increasing of citizen legal consciousness and rights consciousness,our country has stepped into the fast lane of the socialist legal system construction.Early in the 21^st century,according to the spirit of national public security supervision conference,the jailhouses in all parts reform their supervisory system to promote humanized management.With the deepening of humanized management,the consciousness of equality and democracy has take root in people's mind.The population of democracy and equality protected the rights of prisoners,meanwhile,it also hasten the birth of some new management problems,increase the difficulty of management.The problem of late-model jailhouse bully is an outstanding problem which exists in basic detention center in the new period of time.To educate and correct these late-model jailhouse bully is the most difficult part of the daily management work.How to seek the development of educating and reforming prisoners in the new situation has been an important problem which the detention police must face and solve.This paper starts from the standpoint of legal system,organizational behavior and psychological counseling,integrate theory with practice.It analysed the feature and state of the late-model jailhouse bully,drew lessons from the advanced experience of predecessors,put forward technical means and scientific measure on the education and reformation of the late-model jailhouse bully.
