Study On Civil Liability For Injury Accidents Of Higher Vocational College Studentsin China

With the continuous development of China's education and the continuous expansion of the scale of students,various campus violations and campus bullying incidents are also increasing.This leads to the frequent occurrence of "school noise" in the process of dealing with student injury accidents,which affects the normal running of schools in China.In these students' injury accidents,the higher vocational colleges in China have their special characteristics compared with those of the ordinary universities.There are both adult students and many minor students in higher vocational colleges.There are great differences between scholars on the legal theory of students' injury accidents.There are many problems in the relevant legislation,such as the low level of effectiveness and the different system of the system,and the legal application conflicts often occur in the judicial practice.In through a lot of literature and doing a lot of research on the basis of the questionnaire survey,this paper tries to define the connotation and extension of the injury accidents of students in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges and the students from the legal relationship,especially of the specific legal relationship in student injury accidents,clarify the legal obligation of higher vocational colleges should take,thus imputation principles and the specific responsibilities of higher vocational colleges to bear civil liability form,put forward for student injury accident prevention and treatment mechanism design and proposals,in order to benefit the related legal theory and judicial practice.
