Research On The Construction Of Zhengzhou Fire Brigade Team

Fire fighting forces are the main operational units to protect the fire safety of a city.It is of great significance for social stability and urban development.Under the new environment,Zhengzhou's economy is advancing rapidly,and the fire safety involving the people's life and wealth has gradually become the focus of citizens' concern.Despite the unprecedented leap in fire fighting in Zhengzhou,the heavy fire is still a painful lesson.Through these fire accidents,we can see that on the one hand,Zhengzhou's fire safety is still facing grim situations and tasks.On the other hand,it also reveals that there are still many imperfections in the development and construction of Zhengzhou's fire forces.Based on the actual situation of Zhengzhou,by referring to the experience of developed countries,continue to improve the existing mechanism of the fire protection system,and constantly improve the relevant laws and regulations,increasing the city fire protection facilities construction,deepening the development of social fire-fighting and rescue forces,is the next stage of the Zhengzhou fire step development must face the problem,it is necessary means to enhance the public fire safety management.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the topic,and describes the status,innovation and deficiency of the domestic research.In the second chapter,combined with the history of fire protection in China,this paper expounds the establishment and development stage of our fire forces from scratch,and introduces the composition of our fire forces.The third chapter,combined with the four aspects of the fire system,fire law,talent cultivation and emergency system in the United States,Britain,Japan,Hong Kong and Taiwan,analyzes the experiences and lessons that these countries or regions need to learn from us in terms of fire protection.In the fourth chapter,combined with the current situation and development of the Zhengzhou fire main difficulties exist,emphatically analyzes three major difficulties affecting the development of the Zhengzhou fire brigade team,respectively,and the fire service fire brigade personnel can't adapt to the demand,the current performance appraisal system and the actual fire does not adapt,funding needs and security fire troops don't adapt to.The fifth chapter of this article,based on the current situation of Zhengzhou fire fighting,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to cope with the current constraints of Zhengzhou fire development.It includes the improvement of the personnel structure of the fire fighting forces,the improvement of the performance appraisal system,and the guarantee of the fire protection funds.
