| Passengers are the most important and biggest client for civil aviation.But passengers are disadvantaged groups and have always suffered rights infringement,due to the characteristics of the civil aviation industry: relatively closed,high-tech,high professional.With the high-speed development of civil aviation of China,the conflicts between airlines and passengers become more and more,so the protection of passengers' rights become more important.Considering all aspects between airlines and passengers,this paper is against the protection of passengers' rights,analysis the performances,causes and legal issues of rights infringement of passengers and research domestic and international laws and regulations about rights protection of the air passengers to find a suitable-way for rights protection of air passengers in China and achieve the effective protection for passengers' rights.Finally,hope to contribute harmonious and healthful development for society. |
