Research On The Education And Training System Of Party Members And Cadres In AB County

We should strengthen the training of party member cadres education,improve the overall quality of leading cadres,and play an important role in promoting the harmonious development of our society and realizing the Chinese dream.The education training for party members has become an important task to strengthen the construction of leading cadres.Correct understanding of the basic unit party member cadre education training work faces new situation,to solve the problems existing in the basic unit party member cadre education training work,has become the basic unit party member cadre education work priority.Education training is an effective way to promote the healthy development of the cadre team.Taking AB county as an example,this paper discusses the problems of education training system and Suggestions for improvement of the training system of member cadres in AB county.The first part of this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and introduces the historical process of education training for party members and cadres in China,and the research contents and main research methods.The second part analyzes the present situation of the training team of the party members in AB county and the present situation of the education training system for party members and cadres.The third part using the questionnaire survey to AB county party member cadre education training existence question has carried on the further analysis,found in the process of training about the ideological understanding,training content,training methods,training management problem in four aspects and in-depth analysis.In the fourth part,the author puts forward some Suggestions for improving the training system of education training system in AB county,and provides a reference for the development of education training in AB county.The fifth part is summary and prospect.Now,in view of the party member cadre education training and academic research is also very common,but the grass-roots party members and cadres at the county level education training as the main research object of theoretical research and practical exploration is not much,in view of the basic unit party member cadreeducation training has not been formed a complete theory instruction,and every place has its own particularity,in other parts of the thumb can’t completely copy right away.In view of this,I am engaged in basic unit party member cadre education and training in AB county in this work,summarizes the related theory of experience,have also made some notes,hope can work with AB county present party member education training help.
