Research On The Governance Model Of Neighbourhood Community In Nantong Chongchuan District

Since the 1990 s,the process of community construction and development in China has accelerated,and the relevant researches have been further developed,and various community management modes have been brought forward and applied.In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of the social governance system,the theory and practice of community governance have been constantly being promoted.Chongchuan district,the central city of nantong city,is densely populated and complex.At the same time,in the old city and the suburbs,the infrastructure and environmental supporting facilities are in the process of transformation and upgrading,and the various contradictions and contradictions arising from the adjustment of interests are interwoven and the responsibilities of social governance are strengthened.Since July 2013,nantong chongchuan district launched "neighborhood community construction",actively explore the "neighbourhood governance" mode,from the pattern of social governance,methods,models,ways and implement comprehensive transformation,is the community governance reform actively explore and try.This paper,based on the concept of governance and good governance and multi-benefit coordination,is based on the concept of community governance and neighborhood community governance model,and analyzes the model of neighbourhood community governance.Nantong chongchuan district neighborhood community governance mode of operation,through visits and interviews and other ways to get information,sum up the problems existing in the neighborhood community governance mode and the reasons,puts forward the optimal path of the neighborhood community governance mode,namely through ascension information timeliness,improve service pertinence,improve autonomous participation and other measures to solve practical problems,to ensure that the streets,community,neighborhood a three-tiered architecture,hardware,personnel,management mechanism,the standardization of construction,to become the foundation of get through for the people service last 500 meters.It is hoped that the efforts of this paper will help to expand and deepen the research on social governance.
