Electric Bicycle Management Studies Of Fuzhou

It has been 22 years since the development of electric bicycle in China from 1995.The electric bicycle is in;creasingly popular among the general public,and it has become an important means of public transport because of its unique advantages,such as convenience,low maintenance costs and low prices.Like many other cities of the country,Fuzhou also has the problem of how to manage the electric bicycle.Due to the backwardness of the national standards,the loopholes in the administrative law as well as the lack of law awareness among the general public,negative problems caused by the electric bicycle appeared increasingly:The frequency of traffic accidents is higher year by year;the phenomena of occupying other lanes or sidewalks,crossing the road and driving through a red light are more widespread;the recycle mechanism of the battery is not improved,which leads to the serious environmental pollution.These problems make the management of the electric bicycle much more difficult.In order to solve this series of problems,the government issued the "Fuzhou Electric Bicycle Regulation" by learning from the excellent experience of other cities and experiencing the phase of disregarding to force forbidden.Since then,Fuzhou entered into the stage of scientific management of electric bicycles.Although some goals have been achieved,there are still many difficulties in the management.By methods of literature analysis,comparative induction and interview,this paper analyzes some problems caused by the development of managing the electric bicycle in Fuzhou from several aspects.In order to promote the sound development of the electric bicycle and its management in Fuzhou,it's obliged to improve the laws and regulations related to the electric bicycle,to strengthen administrative law enforcement,to improve the accident handling mechanism and to enhance the participation awareness in the whole country.Only in this way,can the transportation tool ? electric bicycle truly benefit the nation and benefit the people.
