A living will is a premedictive medical decision on whether or not to accept daddy treatment if the dying patient is incurable,recognizes the preference of the testator for dignity and death,and resists,without any resumption of hope,by artificial or mechanical means Prolonging life is the reasonable medical expression that patients can effectively die during dignity.Living wills have their legal,ethical and medical legitimacy,protecting their rights of informed consent and medical autonomy,in line with the principle of autonomy of civil law and guardianship system,respecting the medical intentions of incurable end-stage patients and their rights and interests.Since the 20 th century,the legislature of the United States states that the legislation of the living wills from the pre-directive system of European countries and the countries all over Australia,Latin America and Asia have given legal effect on their living wills in different legal forms.However,the living wills of our people in mainland China are in the stage of practical exploration,and their social acceptance is low.The prenatal admissions promotion association founded by private Beijing is popularized and popularized to the public.However,in view of China's traditional culture and actual conditions,living wills in our country face ethical inherent view of life and death and traditional filial piousness,medical dignity and medical medical conflicts,and so on.Dilemma.This article tries to make a tentative exploration on the legislation model,implementation prerequisites and specific rules of living allowance from the experience of foreign countries in applying the ex antence system in combination with the actual conditions of our country,It is proposed that we promote the pace of our country's protection of the autonomy and interests of medical care for incurable end-patients.
