Performance appraisal work adapt to the new situation of modern government management,conforms to the need of governing the country according to law,to promote the national public security work and the team construction,improve the comprehensive quality of police and law enforcement level,has played a very important role,as well as the public security organ itself,the local party committee government evaluates the public security organ to provide a more intuitive basis.The balanced scorecard is an effective strategic tool,has been applied to many western countries government staff performance appraisal work,and has achieved more significant results.In this paper,in the study of jinling public security team performance appraisal system introduced the concept of the balanced scorecard,in view of the current public security basic unit team performance appraisal work of jinling new ideas are put forward.In recent years,jinling public security basic unit team performance in his work and team construction has achieved good results,but in terms of performance appraisal system is still a long way to go.Based jinling public security basic unit team performance appraisal of the reality,make full use of the balanced scorecard theory,public security basic unit team to jinling is being put into practice in the current performance appraisal system present situation and the existence question has carried on the thorough analysis,and boldly put forward the building based on the balanced scorecard of jinling public security basic unit team performance appraisal system,supplemented by jinling public security basic unit team performance appraisal system of safeguards.The analysis and conclusions of this paper is the author of jinling public security basic unit team performance appraisal system and the running status quo on the basis of investigation and study,fully on the theory of balanced scorecard,complete and practical evaluation system,the maneuverability is strong,can tally with present situation of jinling public security basic unit team,has a certain reference significance.
