The speed of the aging of the population in today's society is accelerating,and the topic about the old age is a common topic in most countries in the world.In the same way,it is inevitable in our country,and the problem of the old age is also an inevitable problem in the development of our society.In the period of "12th Five-Year",China paid much attention to the development of the aging cause and the construction of the old-age system."13th Five-Year" issued by the State Council of the "13th Five-Year" national aging development and pension system construction plan "in a clear mark,to the development of community service in the future work,lay a solid foundation for community service.It can be seen that home care has become an irreversible trend.Along with the accelerating pace of urbanization,the level of aging in rural areas is more obvious in the city,two yuan structure China society under the lead in many areas there is a huge gap between urban and rural areas,but also in the pension issue,due to the rural social development level and public services than the city,so in the countryside,home care for the elderly and social endowment service conditions will naturally exist many problems and shortcomings.The theoretical basis of the study of the combination of two yuan in urban and rural areas theory,Maslow demand theory and welfare pluralism theory,to the method,case study method and comparative analysis method and a series of methods through the use of literature analysis to find can make the home and social old-age pension services can be combined with the effective method and strategy in rural areas.In this study,the rural elderly over 60 years old were set up as the research object,and the rural elder's demand for social services in rural areas was the main research content.The study began with the old-age social pension service combined with the organic and the necessity and feasibility in rural areas were analyzed,the level of social development in rural areas of the city is low,people's cognitive thought relatively also exist many limitations,therefore,for the elderly in later life and look forward to their own children can support is still based on the tradition of the traditional family pension mode is still relatively easy to accept.But now in the rural youngchildren go out common working phenomenon,lack of family pension,child support in the pension services is not enough,in this case,the traditional family pension mode has been unable to meet the needs of today's social and economic development.From then on,it is very feasible to carry out the social service of the home for the aged in the rural areas.It can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional family pension,and can also integrate institutional pension into the elderly,which makes it easier for the rural elderly to accept it.But due to the rural economic development level and the level of public services is relatively low,home care and social services in rural areas is difficult to effectively combine development,but also because of this reason,old-age social services in the city can be developed step by step,say so smooth,but in rural areas has been stalled.Based on the investigation and analysis of the particularity of the rural areas,we get effective information through questionnaires and interviews in the rural areas of Handan,and get the relevant conclusions through multiple data integration analysis.Through the investigation and Analysis on the current situation of rural aging population and pension demand their service for home care society and the related service requirements,then according to the situation of old-age social services in rural areas of Handan City,the feasibility analysis and concluded that in order to prove that the social pension service is a new type of pension service model in rural areas can work.After that,the paper summarizes and analyzes the reasons that the social service in the home for the aged is difficult to be satisfied in the countryside,so as to find the countermeasures to solve the above problems.The organic combination of home old-age social service can effectively cope with the dilemma of the elderly in the aging society,which is very worthy of implementation.
