Facts show that the community is increasingly important in the development and progress of China's economy and society.It has played a unique and important role in the realization of social order and stability,providing public services for the grassroots people,especially the disadvantaged groups,and promoting social harmony and unity.With the continuous development of the urban community,community autonomy has become more and more worthy of study.In our country,the urban community autonomy arose in 1990 s,it is an important part of urban governance,and also is the meaning of building grassroots democracy.Late start of city community autonomy in China,is currently facing the city development accelerated,residential commercialization and the disintegration of the unit and a series of contradictions,the development road of thorns.The study of Chinese city community autonomous road,this article starts from the following four parts: the first part is about the definition,characteristics and necessity of community autonomy in China preliminarily expounded,including the concept of community autonomy,elements and the comparative study of villagers' autonomy;The second part is the history of our country city community autonomy trajectory and analyzes typical autonomous mode;The third part in view of the present problems in our country city community to explore,encountered the plight of several different dimensions,and the cause of the trouble;The fourth part is to explore the new way of development of community autonomy.Take a typical community as an example,to explore the community,community workers,social autonomy organization innovation mode,correctly grasp the government behavior in community development,the relationship between the social autonomy and self-governance.
