With the rapid development of economy and society,China's reform has entered a crucial stage and entered the deep water area.The rapid growth of social wealth and the depth of the adjustment of the social structure,has brought many new problems and challenges for the new era of public management has put forward new requirements.Based on this situation,this paper carries on "innovation mode of social interaction in the public management research and analysis,to explore the interaction between the government and the grassroots autonomous organizations,social organizations,government leading to comprehensive management of public affairs,the traditional mode to social assistance management.In this paper,the combination of theoretical research and practical case studies.In theory,the theory of political economics,public management,social science and other disciplines of comprehensive analysis,based on this,puts forward the management mode of social interaction is feasible in the public management theory.Through the comparison of the practice of different regions,that practice mode of thinking and social interaction have different measures to apply the public management reform.Further in-depth analysis of Nantong District of Gangzha city in the practice of promoting social interaction in exploration.In this paper,at present,China's social transformation depth,the traditional concept and pattern of public management has gradually been eliminated,the social management level,new ideas,new models,new initiatives,new practices continue to emerge.On the face of grass-roots public management innovation of the masses,social interaction is a scientific method of rational and effective.This paper argues that in the current economic and social development situation,the government and society as the subject of grass-roots public management will coexist and interweave each other,the division of labor and the scope of functions will gradually adjust and optimize with the development of society.From the present point of view,to foster social interaction consciousness,deepen the "three society" linkage mechanism,improve the policy support mechanism,perfecting the supervision and accountability mechanism.Through the research,this paper hopes to enhance the positive interaction between the government and society at the same time,further optimize the public management system of the grass-roots community,enhancing their ability to keep pace with the times,more in line with the change in the demand,with Chinese characteristics on the formation of the grass-roots public management system plays a promoting role.
