Research On The Path Of Urban Community Public Service Supply

As a product of industrialization,modernization and social division of labor,urban community service plays an important role in improving the quality of life of residents,reconciling social contradictions and promoting the construction of community residents' autonomy.To meet people's family life and public life needs as the goal,to improve the efficiency of urban community services,follow the principle of fairness,enhance the residents' awareness of participation is the development of urban community service system trends.Suzhou Industrial Park Neighborhood Center for the current China's urban community public service model to provide a successful experience.Suzhou Industrial Park Neighborhood Center as the introduction of Singapore's advanced experience,combined with its own characteristics as a perfect,successful to do the‘ introduction 'and ‘going out' strategy.But there are still some problems,such as the lack of potential to explore,the degree of specialization is not high,the residents' participation.is not enough and so on.Therefore,this article based on governance theory,new public service theory,civil society theory,this paper takes Suzhou Industrial Park Neighborhood Center as a case study,On the basis of summing up their experience and deficiencies,this article proposes to improve the urban community public service path thinking.Such as Strengthen citizen participation,set up a platform for citizens to participate in community management,increase the urban community public service government investment and policy support,strengthen the specialization of community public service in order to improve the level of public service,to a reasonable division of labor as the premise of the integrated management mechanism,so as to promote China's urban community public service better development,and then implement the five development concept-sharing.
