A Study On Means Of Elevating Supervision Validationof The National People's Congress,Gusu District,Suzhou City

With the increasing development of state managing strategy--ruling the country by law--and of socialist political civilization,the supervision function of the NPC(National People's Congress)at all domestic levels is gaining higher position both in the state's political activities and public administrative practice.Effective supervision power of the NPC and its standing committee are now playing an increasingly greater role in the performance and efficiency of the state's public administration.However,in China,there has long been a general excessive powerful condition in state administrative organizations,as well as a difficulty in carrying out supervision power of the NPC and its standing committee.Although a quick and substantial improvement is hardly possible,an active exploration in means of supervision validation in the NPC and its standing committee remains a practical subject to work on.On a city district level of the NPC and its standing committee,the supervision function implementation faces an urgent need of innovative supervision formation and higher supervision efficiency.This thesis focuses on the NPC and its standing committee,Gusu District,Suzhou City as its study subject.Starting from increasing the NPC's supervision validation efficiency,the author studies the current condition of the Gusu District NPC's supervision function and analyzes its vulnerability and its possible causes.Based on practice and experience from other pertinent districts and areas,the author also proposes pointed suggestions and solutions in order to approach to the means of achieving supervision validation of the standing committee of NPC,Gusu District,Suzhou City.
