Research On The Service Supplied By Federation Of Industry And Commerce Of Dongtou District Of Wenzhou City To Non-public Enterprises

Since the reform and opening to the outside world,the non-public enterprises in Dongtou have achieved great leap forward development.In the context of the withdrawal of the establishment of administrative area from county to district in Dongtou,if Dongtou wants to develop economy greatly,the non-public enterprises will play a very important role.While the non-public enterprises in Dongtou play an important role,their demand for intimate service is becoming more and more urgent.Therefore,as the bridge and link between the Party committee as well as the government and the non-public enterprises in Dongtou,the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Dongtou has to face the problem of how to serve the non-public enterprises to better fulfill its responsibilities significantly.This paper aims at the research on the service supplied by the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Dongtou District to the non-public enterprises.It comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,empirical method and comparative analysis.Through consulting relevant data of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Dongtou,such as yearbooks,work summaries as well as referring to successful experiences at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to serve the non-public enterprises for the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Dongtou.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.First of all,it clarifies the purpose and significance,illustrates the research status at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas and methods as well as related concepts,such as the third sector,social governance,the Federation of industry and commerce,non-public enterprises.Secondly,it combs the present situation of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Dongtou in supplying service to non-public enterprises.Such as the service is relatively simple,the participation of non-public enterprises is not extensive,the effectiveness of the chambers of commerce is not obvious,the staff members are scarce and their business level is not high,the funds for activities are scarce,and the leaders of the association are changing rapidly.Then,it analyzes the reasons for the problems from three angles:the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Dongtou,the government as well as the enterprises.It also draws lessons from domestic and International Federation of Industry and Commerce(Business Council).Finally,under the guidance of the theory of public management,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.They are identifying their location functions effectively,strengthening the organization construction,strengthening team building,seeking for the support of the party,the government and the relevant functional departments and strengthening publicity and communication.
