Research On Disputes Of Settlement Of Project Payment

In recent years,the construction market unprecedented prosperity because of the rapid development of China's construction industry.However,the construction project price settlement dispute as the main cause of construction contract disputes is changing every year.Through a large number of case studies,this paper attempts to classify the types of settlement of project price settlement,and systematically expounds the general methods and principles of handling dispute settlement in engineering.In addition to the introduction,this paper consists of four parts,the general framework is as follows:The second part introduce the settlement of the project price due to the default,the change and the unidentified construction price.The dispute caused by breach of contract has been discussed from three perspectives,which are the developer defaults,the contractor defaults and the both sides default.The third part elaborates the problem of settlement of project price under the condition of invalid contract.It analyzes the completion of the acceptance of the situation and the completion of the acceptance of substandard conditions of the settlement of the project payment.The fourth part is the conclusion,the author's thinking on the problem.The author selects relevant cases in each part,starts from the dispute point,and researches on the legal issues.Finally,the author analyzes the content of the judiciary and puts forward my own point of view.
