Constraints And Cultivation Path Of Citizens' Willingness To Charitable Donation

With the rapid development of the market economy and the social transformation,the gap between the rich and the poor is becoming more and more serious.Modern charity,as the third mode of distribution,plays an important role in the field of supplementary security.Personal charitable donation is the cornerstone of philanthropy,in recent years,although the situation still exists stride forward singing militant songs,lack of credibility of charitable organizations,charitable atmosphere weak real bottleneck.In 2016 the introduction of the "People's Republic of China charity law",the historical coordinate is philanthropy from the barbaric growth,in order to governance,but any laws and regulations should be retained in elastic space,keep modest Yang state.It is not only the basic requirement of the Internet age,but also an important direction of public affairs governance in the mosaic society.This paper mainly adopts the methods of quantitative and qualitative research,on the basis of combing the previous research results,combining with the current situation of Wenzhou City,the current practice of charitable donations,respectively,based on the macroscopic and microcosmic point of view summed up the various factors affecting the citizens' personal charitable donations will,based on the results of empirical research and put forward a series of personal charitable donations will improve the feasibility of developing path,to provide theoretical guidance and implementation framework for Wenzhou City charity,while the local charity characteristics and mode for replication and spread across the country,which led to China's modern philanthropy development diversification.In order to establish a more comprehensive analytical framework,based on the analysis in the study of literature at home and abroad,summed up the charitable cognition,personal economic level and the concept of wealth,the credibility of charitable organizations,charity,media Baotuan cognition of six factors,respectively to investigate their influence on the individual charitable donation intention from internal and external the environment.Through empirical research,we found that in addition to a weak influence of media cognition,the other five items have a significant impact on the willingness and behavior of individual charitable donation.Through empirical analysis and practical experience,this paper argues that the path of promoting individual philanthropy will need both internal and external forces.It is a necessary condition to promote and implement any public policy to improve the matching and conformity between external environment and individual expectation.At the same time,we should not only focus on the solution of visible factors,but also more sensitive to potential hidden factors.First of all,to promote charity charity culture,active atmosphere,the construction of universal charity awareness,to promote good good,through subtle influence on personal values to promote charitable donations;secondly,charitable donation depends on the physical condition of certain charitable donations,including relying on tie-a charity organization and individual economic foundation,the charitable organization,especially is the imminent positioning and credibility construction characteristics of the grassroots civil charity organizations.At the same time,through tax incentives,tied with human ritual way to personal economic ability to donate incision stimulation.In addition,to explore new ways of Internet plus charity,charitable trust and innovation new mode is to improve the way of personal charitable donation intention.The prosperity of philanthropy depends on the prosperity of personal charitable donations.Exploring the path of individual charitable donation is a long and arduous task of the times.
