Research On Road Traffic Management In Ninghua County

With the rapid development of social economy,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,a large number of motor vehicles entering homes,gives the people travel convenience.At the same time,the increase of motor vehicle ownership also brought such as traffic accidents,traffic jams,air pollution problems,especially some motor drivers are exercised in accordance with the relevant provisions,but also an important factor of traffic accidents,especially heavy,serious traffic accidents occurred frequently,to the people’s life and property caused great damage,give presents a threat to social harmony and stability.Do a good job in road traffic accident prevention,in view of the predictable traffic accidents,completes the control and prevention,to reduce the dangers of accidents,ensure the safety of people’s life and property.Road traffic safety is an extremely complex social system engineering,involving multiple factors such as people,vehicles,road and environment.In this paper,with the current traffic situation of Ninghua road based on occurred most typical traffic accidents in the county,trying to sort out and summarize the causes of the traffic accident,back explore the prevention mechanism of county road traffic accident.The author thinks the concrete manifestation of Ninghua county road traffic management problems as lack of planning,the corresponding management system is backward,the road traffic safety publicity and education work is not in place and the application of modern science and technology strength and breadth is not enough.Based on the above,this paper puts forward the management strategies to improve the urban road traffic in Ninghua,which includes five aspects:demand management,organization management,intelligent transportation and order management,and auxiliary management.In the traffic demand and the management of the organization,should give priority to the development,should be appropriate to control,such as:the prohibition of travel and the use of economic levers;rapid method and separation method of traffic organization and management strategies are required;intelligent transportation,can use command scheduling,traffic signal,closed-circuit television and traffic guidance a variety of traffic management system of division of labor:auxiliary,not only for the ability to achieve scientific,but also can drive the direction of the industrial development of the parking industry.The research results of this paper can be used to solve the traffic management problems of Ninghua county and alleviate the traffic congestion problem in Ninghua county.
