Research On Administrative Management System Of Urban New Area Of Jiangxi County

This dissertation through management and legal perspective,adopts the literature review research form and case analysis method to study the administrative management system of urban new area in gaoan city of Jiangxi province.This paper studies from two aspects: on the one hand,theoretical research on urban new area and administrative management system;For gaoan rui yang district,on the other hand,the current administrative system,and through to the Shanghai pudong new area,Tianjin Binhai new area,Wuxi new district,summarized the three successful cases analysis,Suggestions to consummate the gaoan city new district administration system in Jiangxi province countermeasures.This paper argues that the problems existing in the gaoan city new district administration system in Jiangxi province is the administrative subject status is not clear,leading mechanism is imperfect,irrational administrative agencies,organizations,administrative permission fuzzy,the unsmoothness of the cadre management system,etc.,which are mainly caused by insufficient understanding of new properties,insufficient management concept innovation,no handle the relations with the relevant functional departments,therefore,on the basis of using the experience of domestic new area administrative system,this paper argues that to consummate the gaoan city new district administration system in Jiangxi province need to adopt the following countermeasures: science set administrative institutions,improve the leadership mechanism,optimize the administrative organization,the organization,straighten out the relationship with the functional departments,the concept of innovation management,rationalizing the cadre management system.
