Study On The "Hollow Village" In Plains Of Henan Province

In recent years,especially since 2003,urbanization and industrialization have developed rapidly in our country.The rapid development of industry led to the rapid renewal of agricultural production tools,the rapid improvement of agricultural modernization,and a significant increase in productivity,which liberated a large number of rural labor force.The rapid development of industrialization,urbanization has created lots of jobs,but also increased the successful opportunity,many rural residents in order to survive,to reduce the pressure of life,or to seek a better life,realize self-worth,to the city.Rural residents working in cities have worked hard to create and accumulate wealth through hard work.Long in urban migrant rural residents,accustomed to the modern city life convenience,accustomed to the prosperity of the comfortable environment.Rural residents who have the ability and conditions to work in cities start to buy houses in cities,buy commercial housing,and make their homes in cities.Have certain economic basis but I haven't enough money to buy commercial housing or unwilling to real estate in the city of rural residents to meet your demand,also began to new housing in the countryside,because the original villages without planning,village facilities seriously lagging behind,the traffic is extremely inconvenient,these people are beginning to outside the village to build houses.The gradual increase in the number of people in the cities has resulted in the constant outflow of the rural population,which basically abandoned the rural residential buildings and stopped the management of them.Part and the other in order to better living conditions,the residents of the desire for a better transportation infrastructure construction outside the village house,due to the lack of system of land management,propaganda,etc,these built houses in the village residents,constantly affects the residents of the village,forming a bad demonstration,village resident building,also according to their own conditions,try to choose environment to build a good village;Outflow of population led to its inside the village houses uninhabited,and a large number of new houses in the village,and showed a trend of accelerated expansion,and new homes most residents have not demolition of old houses,has created a lot of empty villages within or management of the housing,has created the "hollow" village.Rural geographic space "hollow" phenomenon,however,and leads to the deterioration of the village of internal environment,worse living condition,and make more village residents from internal delay of the original village road or traffic convenient place new housing,or directly in search of better city infrastructure,caused more of the population outflow,thus forming a vicious circle,lead to the development and spread of "hollow village" in the countryside.From the perspective of the national overall economic and social development of the rural non-agricultural population,is the inevitable phenomenon of national urbanization process,but the rural population's non-agriculturalization much faster than the rural urbanization,and because of these two kinds of speed mismatch caused by "hollow village" of the problem is that we must be addressed,because "hollow village" problem effectively,make land resources will not only great waste of land resources,has become a major obstacle to rural economic and social development.To solve the plight of the rural economic and social development,solve the problem of current rural,rural revitalization,realize the comprehensive well-off,must from the perspective of the "hollow village",revitalize the rural land resources,increase the utilization efficiency of rural land,rural construction become a prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,life wealthy new socialist countryside.In this paper,based on the present situation of "hollow village" in plain area of Henan province,Huaiyang country as a typical case,from set out actually,theory with practice,expounds the necessity of "hollow village" governance,governance in plain area hollow village to provide their own Suggestions.In this paper,the concept,characteristics and stage of the "hollow village" are put forward from the perspective of theory,and the theoretical basis of "hollow village" is analyzed concretely.Then to Huaiyang county for the specific case,points out the Huaiyang county "hollow village" the status quo,analyzes the Huaiyang county "hollow village" formation reason and the social problems which caused by the problem of "hollow village",finally according to current situation of Huaiyang county rural "hollow village",the author proposed some methods to solve the problem of "hollow village",thus to solve the plains in Henan province and even the whole country "hollow village" problem in plain area to provide their own opinions and Suggestions,to solve the problem of "hollow village" contribute my meager strength.
