Governance Study On Floating Population Management Of Beijing Based On The Application Of Big Data

In the current population of China,the floating population has become an important subject of sociology and demography with a ratio of 247 million to more than 18%.The problems of medical treatment,education,housing,transportation and other problems caused by the floating population are also the social and administrative problems that need to be solved.Beijing as the capital of China,because of foreign talent into at the same time,also attract wholesale market,general manufacturing and part of the administrative,business and service units such as the function of capital industry in the rapid development,so bring a lot of floating population to make Beijing one of the three zones of floating population in the country.Even in the Beijing municipal government control of floating population,relieving the function of the capital,Beijing the shortage of resources and environment carrying capacity is also increasingly apparent,population expansion,environmental pollution,traffic congestion,rising house prices "city disease" has become the development of Beijing.The most important thing to solve these problems is the statistical management of the floating population,which has long been an important subject of Beijing’s population management.The development of the Internet information technology makes possible the efficient use of data,information,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and big data technology advantage for current population management especially the statistics of the management of the floating population provides a new train of thought and reference.At present,big data as a kind of new technology are widely used in the Internet industry,its own effective acquisition,effective integration,deepening the application of data etc,can improve the precision and efficiency of management of the floating population,improve the government decision-making and demographic management of the floating population risk prevention level;We will help streamline administration and delegate power,and promote the reform of the city’s population statistics management system,especially the floating population management system.This article includes five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article,the related concept analysis,article research methods and literature review,and discusses the innovation points and difficulties of the research.The second chapter introduces the application of big data and data mining related technologies in the statistics management of floating population in Beijing.In chapter 3,based on the big data analysis of the current situation of Beijing’s floating population,the fourth chapter puts forward the measures of the promotion of Beijing floating population management in the era of big data.Finally,the fifth chapter puts forward the conclusion and prospect of Beijing’s floating population governance.
