After the outbreak of July 7th Incident in 1937,in order to rescued national crisis which became more and more serious,The KMT and the CPC achieved second cooperation,and built anti-Japanese national united front.In the military front of anti-Japanese war,the chairman of Zhejiang Provincial Government Huang Shaohong Responded positively,and carried out the enlightened cultural policy.So,a variety of newspapers and magazines could be published.Rural construction communication which researches the rural economy in Zhejiang Province was founded in the meantime.This magazine was published by the KMT,and the CPC participated in management secretly.Researching rural construction communication,we can not only comprehend how these magazines carried out economic mobilization in wartime,but also find how the CPC used news dissemination undertaking in Kuomintang-controlled areas to carry out economic mobilization so that the power of resistance could be enhanced.This article applies rural construction communication as object of study.Article discusses its founded background,the content and traits of economic mobilization in wartime through analyzing related background material and teasing this magazine's essays that had been published.On this basis,the article analyzes the relationship between the CPC and the economic mobilization of rural construction communication,and announces one aspect of CPC carrying out economic mobilization in Kuomintang-controlled areas at the background of anti-Japanese national united front.First part discusses the founded background of rural construction communication,and introduces fundamental state including the aim of the magazines,editors,major writers and general situation of articles of rural construction communication on the whole,so that we can inspect relationship between this magazines and economic mobilization better.Second part summarizes rural construction communication's main content of economic mobilization.This magazine promoted the development of rural economy to implement economic mobilization by researching theory of economic construction and discussing practical work of economic construction.Third part analyzes the traits of rural construction communication about economic mobilization editing means and publicity strategies.This magazine adopts three editing means including prominent timeliness,the combination of practicableness and theoretical property,no settled column and flexible module Arrangement.in the meantime,this magazines applied publicity strategies including applying authoritative information source,all-embracing and respecting diversity,using individual visual angle to report news,and usd the function of media that this magazine can cohesion the power of all parties and ensure the supply of wartime material.Fourth part inspects the historical facts of CPC using rural construction communication carrying out economic mobilization under the background of KMT-CPC cooperation,in other words,this part analyzes the personal connection Between CPC and this magazine.On this basis,this part discusses the economic mobilization strategies of CPC including the combination of uniting upper-class leaders and caring for basic level youth,hiding Political nature of magazine and promoting county government reform.so these strategies play a role in strengthening the power of CPC and enhancing the force of national anti-Japanese war.
