Research On Urban Community Grid Management Of Yongan

Urban community governance is an important foundation for the development of people’s livelihood.It is of great significance for the government public service and social management,the deepening of the socialist market system and the cultivation of Chinese citizenship.With the continuous development of society and economy in China and the development of urbanization,the community problems such as the population density,the traffic congestion,the poor living conditions,the complicated flow of personnel and the chaos of social order are emerging,which not only hinders the construction of urban communities,but also brought great trouble to the city managers.Based on traditional community management mode,the community grid management provides active,efficient,targeted services for community residents through integrating various resources and strengthening the coordination between grids,and improves the efficiency and level of city management in the end.The community grid management is the utilization of the new concept and method which is brought about by the continuous improvement of science and technology,and a major breakthrough in urban management under the background of social economy with Chinese characteristics.The community grid management is not only a part of the community management,but also an important part of the city management.With the continuous social development,the grids management will push further in the whole country.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,and it adopted the methods like the literature research,the case research and the comparative research.Supported by the theory of the community governance,the seamless government and the new public service,the paper combined the reality of the community grid management in Yongan city and analyzed the status of implementation and effectiveness of the grid management from the six aspects,such as the work organization,institution system,operation system,platform system,training system,evaluation system.From the six elements of the platform construction,quality of work,social participation,managers,collaboration,system construction,the passage analyzed the problems and their reasons of the community grid managements in the implementation process.Finally,it explored the ways and methods to solve the above problems and provided some reference to improve the level of community governance.At the same time,it will also promote the application of the grid management in a wider range.
