A Study On The Construction Of Legal Department In Public Hospitals

Purpose:This paper analyzes the status of legal affairs handling in public hospitals at home and abroad,makes an on-the-spot investigation on the status of legal departments in public hospitals of different levels,and provides constructive suggestions for speeding up the construction of public hospitals' legal departments,so as to promote the completion of the public hospitals' legal departments.Methods:Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used in this paper.Qualitative analysis method mainly refers to the literature research method,expert panel method and case analysis method,and quantitative analysis method includes sampling survey method and descriptive statistical analysis method.The empirical investigation method of this study mainly adopts multi-stage stratified sampling.Six public hospitals were selected as sample institutions.The investigation mainly focuses on legal training of medical personnel,the demand for legal knowledge and legal services,cognition of the legal department,legal department demand and types of legal affairs.Descriptive statistical analysis is mainly based on the collected questionnaire results to make a statistical analysis by a statistical software named SPSS(19.0).Results:There is only one public hospital with an independent legal department,which is responsible for the daily legal affairs within the hospital.The legal affairs of the remaining five public hospitals are determined by the nature of legal affairs.42%of the medical personnel pay attention to health legal knowledge learning and training,more than 30%of the public hospital medical staff met legal affairs,choose the internal department and related departments to assist processing.More than 40%of the public hospital medical staff think more legal practitioners should choose to have working experience of legal professionals.Conclusion:Public hospital general lack of unified solution to coordinate all kinds of legal affairs department,the different types of legal affairs need to deal with the different departments involved in And medical staff because in different positions,differences between demand for health legal services.The construction of the legal department of public hospitals can promote the legal treatment of public hospitals...
