rencent years, some moderate and small scale insurance company, sell the insurance products through the Internet, which is dissimilate to the finance products,it tends to trigger the inquidity risk, thus we put forward the idea that we should strengthen the supervision on the liquidity risk, through the three aspect belows:management if allocation of asset, the asset and the liability and the solvency. In the allocation of the assets on the universal account of insurance conpany, our law and regulations has the proportional limit. On the stock and securities funds,it lacks the proportional limit investment horizens,On the other hand, the law and the regulation does not require the company reveal the situation of asset allocation of the universal insurance, therefore,we should add the relevant provisions on the proportional limit on the universal account, and require the account to reveal the investment situation. In the asset and liability, our laws and regulations require the universal insurance account to do the asset allocation pressure test, when the yield rate under the cost of funds. On the other hand, the account need not reveal the regulation of the asset-liability.On the universal accout, therefore,I suggest,we should add the specialized law and regulation on the asset-liability,and should enforce the company reveal the asset-liability.In the regulation of solvency of company, the risk-oriented solvency regulation,we can not regulate the liquidity risk through the indicator of the liquidity-risk.we should add the liquidity coverage and integrates flow rate in the laws and regulations and report it to the China insurance regulatory, and regulate the universal insurance as the independent account.
