Research On The Legal Regulation Of Internet Donation-Based Crowd-Funding

In recent years,the donate-based crowd-funding projects showing explosive growth such as Water Drop,Easy Financing and Tencent Public Welfare,opened a new public financing model "Internet plus charity".However,due to too little research about the internet donate-based crowd-funding to the present stage of our country,the relevant laws and regulations and regulatory rules are mostly in the vacuum state,besides,there is no effective mechanism to protect the interests of donors and be void of a sound responsibility mechanism,the whole industry is in the exploration and test status,which,to a certain extent,has bound the development of the whole industry.Focusing on the Internet donor crowd-funding model,the article defined the meaning of the internet donation-based crowd-funding based on the study of the origin and development of the whole industry,moreover,discussed its development process and the problems that exist in the process of operation,simultaneously,put forward some regulation proposal,hoping to improve the donate-based crowd-funding system from the legal point of view,and promote its marketing and legalization.
