Study On The Eamnicipist Return To Society

It is a difficult process for prison sentence personnel to return to society after serving their sentences.Most of the life conditions of the release of prison sentencers after their return to society are unsatisfactory.In the process of returning to society,there are many such problems that will be present in front of them and need to be addressed and resolved.These problems have always caused them to step into trouble,struggle,and survive.The traditional view is that the release personnel are both vulnerable and dangerous groups.In order to identify the root causes of this social phenomenon,the mechanism of formation was clearly analyzed.It will help to improve the impact of these phenomena on individuals and society so that they can successfully return to society and live an ideal life as soon as possible.It also allows society to maintain harmony and tranquility.This dissertation takes the theory of symbolic interaction as the theoretical basis and grounded theory as the methodological basis,and uses unstructured interviews,semi-structured interviews,participatory observations,and literature research methods to study the life of prisoners after they return to society.The characteristics of the grounded theory of qualitative research lie in the re-description and the generative nature of the theory.Through in-depth interviews with 19 prisoners,We found that the dilemma after the return to society mainly involves four aspects.The first aspect is the psychological status of the release personnel.Including the self-perception and social psychology of the release of sentenced personnel to society.The second aspect is the living conditions of the prison release personnel.Including daily life situations and social interactions.The third aspect is the employment situation of the release personnel.Including employment type,employment willingness,employment approach.The fourth aspect isthe social security situation of the prison release personnel.Including social insurance,social assistance,public rental housing.Through these four aspects of research,it has been found that prison release personnel are faced with various problems in the state of mind,daily life,work and employment,and social security,resulting various difficulties.The predicament in the center is the misalignment of self-cognition and the dislocation of social cognition.The dilemmas in daily life are mainly the lack of ability to live,and the dilemmas of relatives and friends.The predicament in work and employment is mainly due to the dual squeeze of institutions and roles.Finally,the prison release personnel also face the deficiencies of this social security.Through the description of the prison staff’s dilemma,find out the reason.Through the analysis of the dilemma and the causes of the dilemma,this study puts forward the following research results: First,due to lack of psychological adjustment intervention,the release personnel of the punishment sentence will have more or less psychological obstacles when they return to society.Secondly,after the release of prison sentencers,they often face the squeezing effect from society and the symbolic violence of stigma.The double deficiency of the human capital and social capital of the punishment personnel behind this kind of squeeze is the common problem of their return to social dilemma.Third,in order to better promote the reintegration of prisoners,the elimination of symbolic violence and social exclusion is the key to resolving the social difficulties.Fourthly,finally,the protection of the basic life of prisoners through the improvement of the welfare system is the path and method of returning to the social dilemma.
