| In the context of deep aging society,old before rich and rapid growth of rigid nursing&care needs coexist,while the expansion of old age nursing&care costs brought resource allocation problem.As elderly's nursing&care costs reflect their situation and actual choices,it is also an important way to understand the changes of care costs,so that to allocate the resources reasonably.Nowadays,many of national nursing&care researches has been concentrated in the elderly care and long-term care system,while the researches on the elderly's living arrangement are usually more concerned on its influencing factors and relative opportunity costs.There is little research about the living arrangement's impact on nursing&care costs of elderly.So this article has its meaning and innovation for its research on the elderly living arrangement and their nursing&care costs.Firstly,based on the data CLHLS(longitudinal health longevity survey in China),stata14.0 and spssl9.0 were used to merge and preprocess the cross-section data of different years.Secondly,the two-part model was used to analyze the data,and the Heckman two-stage model was used as the robust model.It found out that:under the control of the elderly self-care ability,elderly's nursing&care costs is higher in institutions than those in home or other arrangements,and the impact of such living arrangements is affected by elderly's gender and age differences.At last,on the basis of quantitative analysis and previous research results,following suggestions are promoted:strengthen the implementation of pension support policies and optimize the allocation of elderly institutions.The main findings of this article are the analysis of difference in the cost of nursing&care under the influence of different living arrangements;as well as how the influence changes under differences of age and gender.This provides some national data supports and theoretical reference for rational planning and controlling of elderly nursing&care costs. |
