Research On Perpetrating Act Of The Crime Of Abusing Power

The purpose of this study is to differentiate crime of abuse of power and crime of dereliction,to clarify the criminal basic form of abusing power and some properties of the aggravating circumstances,hoping to provide some effective measures to solute problems in the judicial practice.Perpetrating act is an inevitable topic in the crime accomplishment theoretical study.Based on perpetrating act,this paper discusses the crime of abuse of power related issues.With analysis and induction of the specific cases,drawing lessons from the theory achievements of administrative law and other disciplines,the author tries to classify and analyze perpetrating act of the crime of abusing power,explore the practical operation mode of abusing power.Look forward to lay a solid foundation for further research on perpetrating act of the crime of abusing power.
