On The Originanity Of Architectural Works

Based on the current research on the originality of architectural works,the author seeks to find a new perspective.This article is divided into six parts(including the introduction and conclusion)to be discussed:The introduction focuses on interpreting the origin of the research,the main arguments,and the innovative research methods of this article.It also involves the theoretical and practical significance of the research.The first chapter centers on the concept of defining architectural works.If the scope of architectural works cannot be clearly defined,it may cause theoretical contradictions to be difficult to resolve,and disputes in practice will not be adjudicated.There is no doubt that the definition of the concept is the premise of the argument.The second chapter aims to clarify "originality".Based on the analysis of academic arguments and extraterritorial experience,the author will present his own views on the originality of architectural works and reflect on the difficulties in practice: Who will judge the originality of architectural works? How can the criteria for the originality of architectural works be better applied?For a deeper understanding of originality,the author takes“creative activities” and “expression effects” as two original elements.In the third chapter,based on the professional knowledge of architecture,the author will show the creation process of architectural works and clarify the “creative activities” of architectural design,aiming to echo the standards of “creative activities” mentioned above.The fourth chapter focuses on the second element of the originality of architectural works-the “effect of expression”.The author will list some classic architectural works,visually and comprehensively demonstrate the originality of architectural works,and allow non-architects(including judges)to intuitively recognize the originality of architectural works through personalized architectural design.Through the writing of this article,the author tries to put forward the originality standards of architectural works and summarizes the elements of the originality of the architectural works.
