As an important part of China's administrative system structure,the government service center are responsible for government departments to handle the examination and approval the public affairs the public satisfaction evaluation of government service centers can improve the quality of service and also has great significance for deeply reform the administrative system and changing the function of government service.The 19 th CPC National Congress proposed that In order to enhance the government's credibility and execution,to build a service-oriented government.The future work will focus on transformation of government functions,reform the administrative system and Innovate mode of supervision.Build a national unified government service platform and Improving the service quality of all levels' government service centers is the great cause and great project of the new eraThis dissertation established an investigation index system of service satisfaction of government service centers in Hubei province.Which is based on the theories of customer satisfaction and Administration of management,Statistics.According to analysis the data of public-satisfaction which obtained by fact-finding the Government service centers in Hubei province and using SPSS19.0 statistical software.We found the shortcomings in service environment,service efficiency,service informatization,service system,service attitude,service supervision and other aspects of government service centers.Then combined with the actual situation,this dissertation will put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the point of facilitating the public benefiting the public serving the public and improve the service quality eventually.
