Study On 3D Print Model Of Copyright

3D printing technology known as will bring "third industrial revolution".Intelligent manufacturing and industrial 4.0 is the next important technology to be used.New technology will inevitably bring about changes between economy and law.3D printing is in essence a more advanced replication technology.Its appearance will have significant impact on transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing sector.However,we also recognize that this new technology to improve productivity at the same time,and brought challenges to the existing legal regime.Especially the advantages of 3D printing technology embodied in copies,reproduction rights for China's Copyright Law poses great challenges.Legal system has always been a suited to the development of new technologies,the development of a new technology correspond to the legal system to make the appropriate adjustments.Through advanced research results,this study attempts to take a copyright protection for 3D printing.And put forward some feasible reform strategies for the future amendment of the copyright law.This study consists of 5 parts: part 1 is the introduction,combing the current background and applications of 3D printing technology.In particular faces possible copy infringement of copyright,and so on.Part 2 is a 3D digital model of analysis of copyright.Copyright from the perspective of 3D digital models for object analysis,body analysis and content analysis,proposed print digital model into the category of works.And analyzed in detail in this legal relationship.Part 3 discuss the relationship between digital models of 3D printing and replication.Copy of concept,characteristics,dimensions which leads to a 3D digital model to the 3D nature of this action,whether belonging to copy within the meaning of copyright law.Due to the characteristics of 3D printing technologies,focused on the analysis of 3D digital models for product design class made a special analysis,puts 3D printing for product design class of digital copyright protection model.Part 4 is based on the interests balance theory,the 3D digital model in the application of the fair use doctrine is the relationship between combs and the criteria of fair use.Part 5 is the strategies in future legislative reforms and explore a road of laws in protection of 3D printing.
