Research On Xi Jinping’s Views Of Masses

The masses are the creator of history and the deciding force of social reform.It is an important issue for party’s survival to insist the masses’ viewpoint under the new historical conditions.In the past 96 years of Chinese revolution,construction and reform,the Communist Party of China is always persisting in the mass viewpoint and the mass line as well as doing well in the mass work which is the fundamental guarantee for the success of Chinese revolution,construction and reform.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as the general secretary,insisted on taking Marxism as the guide and focused on great rejuvenation of Chinese nation realizing,has put forward a series of new goals,ideas and methods in mass work under the new situation to further enrich and develop the Marxist view of the masses.Based on a lot of literature analysis and investigation,this article first discusses the theoretical and realistic basis of Xi Jinping’s view of the masses,the view of Marxist’s masses,the collective view of masses leading by the Communist Party of China and the people-based thought of Chinese traditional culture which are the theoretical sources of the view of the people of Xi Jinping.It is also influenced by family environment,working experiences in rural area and affluent local administration.Secondly,this paper conducts a study of the main content of Xi Jinping the view of the masses which can be summarized into three aspects,the people are the main part of Chinese dream realization,the people’s dreaming for a better life is our goal and to improve the work style as well as purify the political ecology.Finally,from the perspective of realizing the "four comprehensive" strategic layout of Chinese dream,the thesis profoundly reveals the realistic value of the people’s view of Xi Jinping and provides value support and important protection for moderately prosperous society building,comprehensively deepening the reform,comprehensively rule by law and comprehensively strengthening party discipline.
