Study On Yi Chun Forest Region Government Governance Ability Under The Background Of Comprehensive Logging Ban

As there is more and more serious haze in recent years and the air quality is getting worse,the quality of people's life has been seriously affected.The requirement for fresh and clean air is becoming more and more urgent,and forest resources,the lungs of the earth,are attracting wider attention.Ecological problems still remain the priority in the future development of YiChun forest area.After the comprehensive ban for logging,YiChun forest area is facing the transformation of the state-owned forest area,the re-positioning of the forest government and the urgent need for the improvement of the government's governance ability.This paper is based on the background of comprehensive logging ban and using literature research and qualitative research method.First of all,it briefly introduces the background,significance,purpose and research status at home and abroad of the study.This paper elaborates on the connotation and denotation of government's governance ability as well as related theories,and makes a solid theoretical foundation and framework support for constructing the governance ability system as follows.Secondly,through field work and literature research,this paper is to understand the current situation and existing problems of the governance capacity of the YiChun forest area,and analyze the factors that affect the governance ability.It analyzes the influence of natural resources,economic development,national policy,education and culture on the governance capacity of YiChun forest area.Finally,from the denotation of government governance theory and the status quo and problems of YiChun government's governance ability,this paper constructs the government governing system of YiChun forest area,that is,the main body system of pluralistic governance,multigovernance system,government governance mechanism system and multiple supervision system,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government's governance ability in this area.Based on the background of comprehensive ban for logging and aimed at providing operational advice and reference for the YiChun forest management,this paper constructs the system of governance capacity of YiChun government and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the governance ability of YiChun government in combination with the present situation and existing problems of government governance ability of this area.It tries to provide a reference path for comprehensively deepening the reform of the YiChun state-owned forest area,to promote its ecological development,industrial adjustment and economic restructuring,to improve its people's living standards,and to stimulate its development vitality.
