| In the background of rapid economic development and the transformation of government functions,non-profit organizations in China have developed rapidly.Non-profit organizations,as the third sector,make up for the shortage of government and market,and play a positive role in solving social problems and meeting the needs of the community.At present,the non-profit organization mainly project to operation.However,the project management of non-profit organization still exists various problems because of the limitation of itself and the social environment.The problems include: a single source of funds,weak autonomy,irrational structure of personnel,lack of professionalism and unsymmetrical dependence.The theory of resource dependency provides a research perspective for the operation of non-profit organization projects.Through the case study of the J project,this paper analyzes the resource dependency of the project in the process of operation and finds out the problems in the process of the project.Then,analyzes and studies the problem of non-profit organization project operation,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.This paper includes five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,combing the existing literature,finding research ideas from the research of scholars,and clarifying the theoretical basis and analytical framework of this paper.The second chapter introduces the process of the NPO project operation,and analyzes the implementation process of the J project.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the problems in the operation of the project under the framework of resource dependency.In the fourth chapter,the author proposes solutions from two aspects: strengthening the internal governance of the organization and strengthening the interaction between the organization and the external environment.In the fifth chapter,the author makes a summary of the research. |
