| Spiritual civilization is a positive result of social development to a certain stage.Social spiritual civilization and material civilization coexist and promote each other.Yongdeng County is the largest area and population of Lanzhou,its rural socio-economic development and spiritual civilization construction with the interaction is also the most common and obvious.This paper analyses the problems and shortcomings of the construction of rural spiritual civilization in Lanzhou City by exploring the progress and the present situation of the construction of spiritual civilization in Lanzhou City and get the result of promotion of county's,rurual,social,ecological and other positive results by study the unique advanced case of spiritual civilization construction in Yongdeng County.This paper also explore the advantages of the rural spiritual civilization Construction for the region economy,Lanzhou City,even the western region of urban and rural economy and make recommendations to the rural spiritual civilization Construction of Lanzhou,on the base of analyzing the situation of rural spiritual civilization construction in Yongdeng County and it's village of Kushui by means of relevant data collection,literature searching and investigation.At last,this paper make a conclusion that it is important to fulfill "two civilizations"-material civilization and spiritual civilization while promoting the society in a comprehensive well-off. |
