Heshan's Migrant Workers Management Research

Since China's reform and opening up,with the rapid development of our country's economy and the urbanization advancement speeding up unceasingly,in reform and opening up,Guangdong province,Shenzhen special zone under the influence of development has become the first in Guangdong province is a major economic province,especially the pearl river delta region is the world's largest super area and megalopolis,business booming,developed economy,attracted a large number of migrant workers to work yue.Migrant workers,is our country after reform and opening to the outside of a relatively special social group.With the establishment of the socialist market economic system perfect and agricultural modernization,industrialization and urbanization,the families of propulsion,to migrant workers as the main body of migrant workers flock to the city in the second and third industry.This part of the social group mainly comes from the countryside surplus labor force,on the account still is defined as a farmer,but they are away from the traditional agriculture into the city to become industrial workers.Special in China under the background of urban and rural dual system and household registration system,especially of the floating population from the countryside to the cities to work of hundreds of millions of free to the land of Chinese farmers,past all sorts of documents and regulations often refers to migrant workers.Heshan is a county-level city within the jurisdiction of Jiangmen city,Guangdong province,one of the famous overseas Chinese hometown in China.Located in southern Guangdong province in the pearl river delta hinterland,the east and Nanhai district,Foshan city,Shunde district,Foshan city,north and clever area neighboring;South close to Jiangmen Pengjiang wealth purifying,Xinhui;Bordering west and Kaiping,Zhaoqing Xinxing county,325 state road,Jiang He,Buddha to open the highway and Jiang Zhao highway runs through the city.Reform and opening up,bring new take-off to Heshan economy,made a leap in economy at the same time,expanding the size of the migrant workers also,both for economic development(Heshan)increased the fresh blood,also for Heshan city government management and service ability has brought new challenges.,therefore,to strengthen the research of migrant workers(Heshan)management countermeasures,and to explore new methods and new model for management of migrant workers,the migrant workers in the economic and social development(Heshan)play a more constructive role,has a strong practical significance.In this paper,according to the theory of new public tube and collaborative governance theory as the foundation,focusing on the present situation of the management of migrant workers(Heshan),according to the theory of new public management and the laws,regulations and policies on the management of migrant workers,combining the reality of yinhe,using literature analysis,comparative analysis,interview method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method to the migrant(Heshan)management system gradually indepth study,points out the yinhe migrant management problems,through regional migrant workers advanced management experience at home and abroad for reference,and migrant workers(Heshan)management countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
