The Research Of The Community Governance Farmers Move Back After Guo Chuang-tzu Village

The community as the basic unit of social organization,plays an important role in city and rural governance.The effective management of the community,directly related to the healthy development of the city and the effective implementation of public service.Since 2000,with the rapid development of China's urbanization,suburban rural areas have become an integral part of the city.Many rural areas began demolition upstairs,from the living form and city standards,but in governance and urban community differences,how to speed up the integration of these rural and urban,explore urban and rural community governance model,has the very important significance to the construction of new countryside.How to achieve better areas huiqianlou community governance,in the first chapter,the author of the background,purpose and significance of this topic,research ideas and methods,and the innovation and lack of overview;the second chapter uses data,comparison of the form,"movements of community building and community governance concepts to explain;next in the third chapter,the author mainly in the form of case studies,interviews and questionnaire of Guo Zi Huiqian Lou residential analysis,chapter four introduced domestic and foreign cities community governance experience;the fifth chapter focuses on improving Guo Zhuang Zi movements District Community Governance Countermeasures.Research results show that Guo Chuang Tzu huiqianlou community self governance supervision and safeguard the interests of the villagers have made good governance effectiveness.In addition,the community to create a new governance model of "property",the community governance made new exploration.But through investigation found that,in the process of community governance still exist some problems,for example,lack of ability of community governance,operation in the process of enforcement is weak,the weak link of supervision,villagers in is not high.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the previous analysis,this paper puts forward a summary of the existing problems of community governance in Guo Zhuangzi district and the corresponding suggestions.
